Why I Don’t Drink Tap Water

In the winter, I like to boil a pot of tap water to put moisture in the air in my house. Today, I accidentally forgot to refill it and it exploded.  The result–buckets of honest-to-God dried and crystallized calcium chloride everywhere.  It burns when you taste it–all from one pot of water.  And to think that goes into some people’s stomachs!
