First ever #homemade #pizza!!!! Made from scratch and pretty impressive if I say so myself. #China does not seem to believe in pizza #sauce since none of their pizza have much if any. They have a tendency to just throw #cheese on the dough without. So, tonight (to celebrate end of the #semester), I decided to try at a REAL (Okay, fairly recognizable) pizza-ish pizza! Came out yummy!π

It has come to my attention that at the end of quarantine, I will have had rice-based meals for lunch & dinner for 29 days with one notable noodle exception. π π That means 57 meals with rice in a row - I may or may not turn into a rice ball myself by the end π π
Lunch in quarantine! Rice, green onion, chicken hearts, and diced zucchini and tofu noodles π
Chicken Hearts? π€ Haven't had this dish before π On my third week of mandatory quarantine in #China! I'll be free by April 1!

When we donβt have time to make our own pizza dough from scratch we use naan instead. I do not know if naan is available in China though.
Hmmm, I don’t know naan. Is that like a tortilla? A lot of people here use that. But they’re really bad ππ
Naan is a delicious flatbread. Hereβs a link for you. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naan We can even buy it at Krogerβs, a grocery store.
We’ll have to try it! Maybe it could replace tortillas too. . . . hmmm
