How I know it’s fall in #China π The bok choy & leeks are out drying and yellow leaves are falling ππ .

Why is the bok choy drying? I have only tried it fresh. Enlighten me please.
To be honest, I’m not sure. It is left out there until it wilts. Not sure why. They do it with leeks too. Maybe it lasts longer that way?
