6 AprWwwwoah! 🙂🙃The #hotel 🛌 is so nice! Concierge, private entrance to the city protected #garden, indoor & outdoor #pool, #breakfast on the patio – everything in classical style #Chinese #architecture. I’m officially lost – I don’t think I remember the way to the hotel entrance we took so many twists in here. Balinisian massage – multiple restaurants, opera and tea shows! Wow! I picked it cause it was closer to the subway 😂😜 Lucky me!

Holiday Meatloaf – #Cooking for #Beginners
23 MarMade a delicious and pretty #meatloaf from scratch!
2.5 pound Homemade hamburger (we shredded the #beef ourselves cause hamburger isn’t always available in China)
+ 1/2 head of #garlic (never can have too much garlic!)
+3 eggs
+2 Green Peppers
+1 Onion
+3 TBSP Wostershire Sauce
+1 TBSP Liquid Smoke
+1/2 Cup #BBQ sauce
+2TBSP Honey Dijon Mustard
+1/2 Cup Cream
+1.5ish cups #Oatmeal (till it held shape but still wet).
Random salt & pepper
+4 small tomatoes sliced into 4 pieces.
Throw everything except oatmeal & tomatoes into a big bowl. Mix together with a spoon or fork.
Add oatmeal – mix again.
Take a large #castiron skillet and smooth it out. It shouldn’t be more than 2inches thick or it doesn’t cookas fast. Not less than 1inch thick or it dries out.
Cooking = Easy! Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil (keeps it from being dry).
Oven on 425 (190C) and give it 45minutes. Check. If done, you’re good. If not, maybe keep adding 15 minutes then check until it is done.

20 MarQuick tip for my students of #Economics, #Business, and #Finance — I know some of you have a hard time with the graphs. So many lines gets a little confusing. If you are a little more “artist” than you are “mathematician” by nature, this is a tip I’ve shared with many students to help them keep track of information. Buy a DRAWING book, not a notebook with lines on the paper. A blank book. Also buy a set of markers or colored pens. Pick a color for each “key” thing — For example, Profit can be blue and Revenue can be red. Draw the graphs in your notebook with those colors. Use the same colors to take notes. Whenever you are writing about “Revenue,” use the red pen. Whenever you are writing about “Profit” use the blue pen. People who are visual can often see things better when there are different colors. It is easier to avoid getting confused and to keep things clear in your mind. The students who try this method say it helps them a lot more. It’s worth a try!
